Some organisations are recruiting for growth to ease the burden on over-stretched teams. Demand has risen for corporate finance specialists and business analysts with 2-3 years’ post qualified experience as a result.
Whilst the retail sector is not showing the usual uplift in vacancies in the run up to Christmas, many of the vacancies we’re seeing are for financial or commercial analyst roles. This is because companies are focussing on where they are financially, both past and present, as well as planning for the future.
