
Industry bodies could soon call for changes to legislation
surrounding the transfer of staff in a move that it likely to
affect people working in "http://www.badenochandclark.com/jobs/human-resources" class=
"dnautolink" target="_blank">HR jobs.
The calls are set to be made as part of the new government’s
review of regulations, according to Personnel Today.
People currently employed in HR could find their day-to-day jobs
altered as a result of the changes due to the fact that the
department is charged with sorting the ins and outs of staff.
Equally, those seeking employment in "http://www.badenochandclark.com/jobs/human-resources" class=
"dnautolink" target="_blank">HR jobs, as well as in other
industries, could find prospective changes alter the logistics of
moving between employers.
A wide number of regulations are up for review, with business
secretary Vince Cable chairing the Reducing Regulation
Committee.
Deputy prime minister Nick Clegg said that the committee would
look to put the public back in control of rules and
regulations.
He said: “[The public] knows better than government departments,
better even than Vince [Cable, the business secretary], what rules
and regulations are holding you back.
“The whole point of this exercise is to get Whitehall out of the
driving seat.”
